Ashana Ross

SPIRITUAL LIFE COACH

My practice

My goal is to facilitate sessions that empower my clients. Western psychology is rooted in practices that exclude people of color, women, and the LGBTQ+ community, and too often we find that traditional therapy can evoke feelings of shame and brokenness.

I hope to guide my clients in accepting and loving their true nature by breaking out of the conditioning of what is means to be “normal.”

Come as you are. Come as you were. Or come as you’d like to be.

My Focus

  • Neurodiversity

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma healing

  • Somatic healing

  • LGBTQAI+

Sharings

In this webinar, Ashana discusses her experiences and insights into honoring neurodiversity. Her story will resonate with anyone looking to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment where individual strengths are celebrated.

This 2-Day Virtual Seminar is an intentional, safe space for loving conversations where you can be with like-minded people. The intention is to open to greater levels of love and vulnerability and gain a deeper sense of who we really are beyond labels and personal identity.

In this podcast episode, Ashana joins Jessie Douglass-Smith McGraw to share how after many years of feeling isolated, broken and misunderstood, she received a diagnosis of Autism that made everything make sense. She went through a process of initially feeling both seen and burdened by the label, but once she metabolized the information, she realized her newfound superpower and ease in understanding how her mind worked.
